MY STORY
Certified Sleep Consultant
Having had a successful career in medical education, healthcare and teaching, I retrained as a sleep specialist when I became obsessed with my own little one's sleep! I find it fascinating and love the opportunities that arise with helping families resolve and reclaim their nights. There's so many methods available and not all involve lots of crying! After an in-depth consultation and planning session I'll guide you step by step to support your little one and get better quality sleep.
I've worked in teaching and medical education for 20+ years having originally trained as a children's nurse. I'm lucky enough to be able to apply all this knowledge and practice to my role as a sleep specialist and will help support you to get some really positive outcomes.
