HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

The best thing to do is to take advantage of my free 15 minute call. Let's discuss what the issue is and whether I can be certain I can help you. You need to be confident in me and my advice, and I need to be confident that you are ready to support your little one through a period of change.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CONSULTATION?

Two things. If you are taking advantage of my premium package or one hour call I will ask you to fill out an 'intake form'. This will ask lots of questions about both daytime and nighttime in your household so I can start identifying ways in which I can help. You can't add too much detail to this! The more the better. So, take some time to complete it.
Also, write down your questions for me. This allows you to make the most of our time together and nothing will be forgotten.

DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?

Yes!
I've worked with clients globally. I will work with the client in what ways they are most comfortable, whether that is telephone, email or video chat.
For those closer to home (Sevenoaks, Kent, UK) I also offer home consultations.

WILL MY BABY CRY?

There are no sleep training methods that allow for a completely no-cry approach. Every baby cries, it's how they communicate and their cries do not always indicate distress. We can work using methods that minimise crying though.
I have trained in a range of approaches to sleep training, it's what I see as being so valuable about my offer. Each family and child is unique, one method does not fit all. If you'd like to use a gentle sleep training method where you are present with your baby, that is great and I will support that. I will also support families who choose other methods.
Methods are carefully chosen and tailored to match the client and child.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 2 WEEKS?

If you've paid for my premium package with 2 weeks of support we hope to get you to a place where we have achieved your goals or you are confident enough to continue. In addition, all my families receive a comprehensive handout at the end of our time to talk about managing regressions and 'blips' at a later stage. 
If you feel you need another week of 1:1 support you can purchase this at the time. This is particularly helpful for families following very gentle approaches that can take a little longer.
For returning clients with new babies or if their child is experiencing a regression and they need support, I offer heavily discounted rates.

DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?

Sadly not. Payment is due before our call and your plan is completed. 

I cannot guarantee that every family will follow my advice and that is why I can't guarantee success. Sleep support requires energy, commitment and enthusiasm for change from the family and that's why I am careful with who I take on as clients. Clients need to be ready, if so, they will see success.
