SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree to follow all safe sleeping practices in line with NHS guidelines.
I agree to disclose any medical condition or health concern my child has in advance of the consultation with Gemma Coe.
I agree to consult with my GP, Paediatrician or Health Visitor if there are any medical concerns that may affect the sleep training process in advance of the training commencing and if anything occurs during.
I agree not to share my sleep plan or guidance documents beyond that of the child's immediate care givers. I understand that all information is tailored solely for my child and may not be suitable for others.
I understand that payment is due in advance of any consultation.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the consultation will only be refunded at 50% of the original fee or an option to rebook. Cancellations in advance of 48 hours will receive 100% of the fee or an option to rebook.
I understand that after a telephone consultation or after a sleep plan has been produced and received the fees are non-refundable.
For home consultations, Gemma Coe will travel up to 10 miles from TN15 0AR free of charge, additional miles will be charged at 0.45p a mile. Distances will be calculated using google maps driving directions.
I understand that the sleep plan alone will not solve my child’s sleep problems and that I will be required to follow advice and make changes to the sleep environment and/or my routine in order to see results.
I understand that failing to undertake and follow the advice provided may not result in a satisfactory outcome and that this is my decision alone and does not reflect on the service offered.
If I have any worries or concerns I will raise them with Gemma Coe in writing at the earliest opportunity.
If I have any complaints about the service I receive I will raise them in writing with Gemma Coe at the earliest opportunity.
I agree that I am ready to start with the training and have understood what is required of me to get through this process successfully. More information on being ‘ready for change’ can be found on my website.
I agree to provide Gemma Coe with a date for commencing the training and agree that this can only be postponed in unusual circumstances, such as death, major illness etc. Some grace may be given for minor illness but this will be at the discretion of Gemma Coe.
If I have purchased a premium package or other package with ongoing support, Gemma Coe will respond to emails as soon as possible but within 24 hours. Catch-up telephone calls will be booked in advance and can be modified if necessary.
I understand that if I choose not to contact Gemma Coe within the required and/or agreed timeframe, or if I miss a prearranged call / meeting time, it will be assumed that all is going well and that no further support is required.
I agree to ensure a safe working environment for a home consultation and understand that any failure to do so may result in the consultation ending early without possibility of a refund.
I agree that providing feedback/reviews at the end of the period is an important part of the service and in meeting Gemma Coe’s continuing professional development obligations.
Sleep training and advice is not a substitute for medical advice. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis.
Gemma Coe will provide advice and guidance on improving sleep based on the information you provide in your intake questionnaire. Gemma Coe will make all efforts to support you to meet your agreed sleep goals. However, whilst the vast majority of clients achieve their desired outcomes and every endeavour will be made to meet your goals, due to the number of factors involved, 100% success cannot always be guaranteed. Additionally, choosing not to follow, or to only follow parts of the provided sleep plans and advice, will significantly reduce your chances of success.
